Project Administrator

- 2+ years of experience working under supervision on construction and/or fitting out, renovation or related projects

- Degree or diploma in building construction, engineering or related discipline is preferred.

Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator
- 3+ years of experience min relevant industry
- Strong time and resources management skills
- Ability to produce simple daily log or site sketches for site coordination purposes
- Skilled tradesman qualification in at least one of the following fields: Construction Management, Builder Works, Electrical, Low Voltage ELV Works
- Macau ID holder preferred
- Driver licenses preferred
- Safety supervisor qualification and/or experience preferred.
- Individuals with less experience will be considered for site coordinator position.
Interior Designer
- 2+ years of experience of design and graphic skills with drafting experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven project experience and ability to deliver hospitality or home renovation projects
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
- Excellent communication skills and presentation and skills
- Proven experience in design documentation & technical drawings
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred

Builder Works / MEP Works Tradesmen
- 3+ year of experience min relevant industry
- Professional training or experience in carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, electrical or plumbing works
- Ability to use necessary tools and machines;
- Ability to lead a small team of apprentice and give site instructions
- Safety training qualification preferred
- Macau ID holder preferred
- Relevant experience preferred
